Characteristic Description
YLD series single-phase asynchronous AC motor is an electric motor that operates using a single-phase alternating current power supply. Unlike three-phase motors, which have three power conductors, single-phase motors have just two power conductors, one serving as the power source and the other as the return path.
YLD series single-phase asynchronous motors rely on electromagnetic induction to produce motion. When the motor is powered, the stator (the stationary part) generates a rotating magnetic field. This field interacts with the rotor (the rotating part), inducing a current and creating a magnetic field in the rotor.
